confessions...

ok, it's official! i am a bad mom! i completely forgot my camera over the holidays... so no cute Christmas pictures of betsy grace with santa, or opening presents, or singing carols, or anything. nothing! i am officially a bad mom! ugh! hopefully more will come soon! as for now. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! any new resolutions? plans for 2008? i am resolving to get organized, read more, learn new big words to use daily, (i need one of those "word of the day" calendars) get familiar with the political year, and of course be a better wife, mother, and friend! bryan and i prayed together tonight before bed... i want to make that a resolution too! even if we are out of town! i think it's important! very important! and i think sometimes you get in these perfect habits and then by february 1st they're gone. on a funny note... my nephew's birthday is THIS weekend (he'll be three, even though he thinks he'll be five), betsy bug and i are headed up to m.p. to celebrate, my sister said during his night time prayer he thanked God for his sister and mom and dad, and that "betsy grace was coming to his birthday party!" i can't wait to hear betsy bug's first prayers! she'll probably thank God for dishes and spatulas since she is obsessed with her new kitchen! what a fun 19 month old! happy new year everybody! i hope your 2008 is just SUPER!!! m
