i am now completely obsessed with a song. we sang it in church two weeks ago and again last week and i am totally captivated! the song is called "the more i seek you". i searched itunes for it and found it 5 different times. the best version (for those wanting to hear it) is the gateway version, i think. just listen to the words...

WOAH!!! i can't help but think of my precious betsy grace resting her head on my chest when she's trying to calm down or go to sleep. i remember doing the same thing to my mom. it is so comforting to be held that close and to be able to rest and hear their heartbeat. i love love love the word picture of us doing the same thing to our heavenly father. HE desires for us to just lay back against him and trust him! woah, and to talk about HIS peace.... it IS overwhelming and amazing. sometimes i feel so undeserving that we are able to serve a risen savior that desires to know us that well and desires for us to rest in him. just thought i'd share! have a super dooper week! m
